She is good at handling disputes related to the investment and financing of listed companies, including those related to the original shareholders' investment, private placement, gambling related to investment and merger of listed companies, non-competition, related transactions, and disputes over the validity of resolutions.
Ms. Ren also specializes in handling disputes over the control rights of listed companies and other companies and is good at making solutions for clients by using commercial and legal integration thinking, including but not limited to disputes over exercising the proposal right, collecting voting rights, disputes over the validity of resolutions, disputes over the return of official seals and licenses, disputes over voting entrustment agreements and concerted action agreements, and disputes related to the illegal increase of voting rights.
